We keep returning to this place, which is not at all convenient for us, because the chirashi is just that good. My husband likes the deluxe; I prefer the standard, though the chu-toro on our last visit was almost delicious enough to change my mind. My only critique is that this time, the miso soup seemed watered down. I wondered if they got the ratio wrong. But really, I'm nitpicking, because who cares about the miso soup when you're about to eat this fish?

Fresh fresh fresh! Took my son here for college graduation. We came around 1:00. There were 6 of us, no reservation. They were super accommodating and very polite and friendly. They attended but didn't hover. We have allergies and they had no problem with substituting what we could not eat to give us the experience we wanted and they strive to provide. Best service. Best sushi. Freshest in vegas.

Pretty low-key spot with cute vibes but not overly pretentious. This usually means the price to quality ratio will be great! Starting off strong, the Agedashi tofu here is just unbeatable. Perfectly crispy on the outside and just melt-in-your-mouth soft inside. It's like they've mastered this magical contrast, and it's easily my top pick in Vegas. No contest. Then there's the Yellowtail belly. Phenomenal doesn't even cut it. It's that perfect bite every sushi lover dreams about--buttery, delicate, and just melts away as soon as it hits your tongue. The tuna crispy rice is another standout. It's got that crunch you crave, topped with perfectly seasoned tuna that's a flavor bomb in each bite. The Ika Shoga was good, but a touch too sweet for my taste. Still, the squid was tender and the sauce gave it a nice kick. Oh, and a shoutout to the server who hooked us up big time. Asked for some uni and caviar on our oysters, and not only did they make it happen, but it was a stellar combo. Talk about indulging! Hands down, this place is now one of my go-to sushi spots in town. Hits nearly every mark and then some. Worth dropping by just to experience it yourself.

I had an amazing experience at Sushi Hiro. This place is a hidden gem in Las Vegas. My friend recommended it to me, and it was a super hit from start to finish. The fish here is incredibly fresh and delicious. They source their fish daily by air, so you know you're getting top-quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was excellent--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch. And the best part? The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and service you get. I highly recommend Sushi Hiro to anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed.

One of my favorite sushi spots in town. I visited for lunch after about two years (Henderson is just too far for me, and the increased prices have discouraged me from visiting frequently because their dishes can be pricey). I believe the sashimi lunch was $27, which includes salad and miso soup. The food was delicious as usual, and the restaurant was clean as always. However, I prefer sushi that isn't too watery, so this time it wasn't as flavorful as before. The service was mostly friendly. I would definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

Made reservations for omakase special dinner- sushi chefs so friendly and fast- loved watching them in action- did not feel rushed- be prepared for a 2 hr feast- so much energy and positivity- and the omakase best in the country-don't waste your time and money on the strip! We are two petite people so the $100 menu was plenty for us. But they had a $160 option with more "cooked" sushi rolls.

I'm a big enthusiast of raw seafood, and discovering a quality sushi restaurant in/ around our neighborhood is a true delight. I was recommended by several people to try Sushi Hiro. Most used keywords from the proposers were: fresh, worth it, delicious and UNI. HAHA I've always enjoyed uni but never had such a big craving for it until recently. Maybe it's the subconscious idea of not being in LA is intensifying my craving for it, especially since it's not easily accessible. (NOT that I've been searching far and wide.) When my friend invited me to dinner at Sushi Hiro I was thrilled! HAHA All I knew was that I was going to be UNI-WASTED. Unbeknownst to me (too excited didn't even look up the menu), the menu was full of other delicious options; so, of course uni was ordered, but UNI-WASTED did not happen. In the sea of AYCE Sushi spots, this place might seem a bit more expensive, but the quality is unmatched. I'll be coming back for a more extensive experience of the place. We were too busy talking I wasn't fully aware of my surroundings. ANOTHER plus, the small booths give your party privacy and I think that's a great feature. I'll be back!

Came here for a quick lunch and left very happy. Ordered the lunch special sushi combo which came with soup, salad, tuna roll, and 7 pieces of nigiri. I especially liked the yellowtail and sea bream. Also got to try their special crunchy toro roll, which was fantastic. Small sushi restaurant with authentic Japanese decor. They offer great quality fish and great service.

OMAKASE! yes please. Service is wonderful and all the omakase sushi was sooooo delicious. Some of the extra niceties that stand out are: - ginger was so fresh - freshly grated wasabi was mild and you can tell it is freshly grated - they put your nigori sake in an ice bucket like champagne Aside from that, the chef is top notch and the order in which they serve the dishes allows for the flavors to deepen and you can tell they also tailor to digestion. Half way through the meal you will get the most refreshing and hot, silky steamed egg dish to refresh your stomach for the rest of the meal. In typical Japanese style, they finish off with a dessert and hot green tea. Loved it all.
